This one is a BIG hit in our house and very yummy too!!

Ingredients.

1 bag of Penne pasta-1 lb or 500g.
4 tbsp of butter.
1/4 cup of diced bacon-125g.
4 cloves of garlic, minced.
1/2 tsp of nutmeg.
1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper.
4 or 5 large fresh tomatoes, peeled and diced (a large can of tomatoes, works, just drain off liquid).
1/2 cup of Vodka.
1/2 cup of whipping cream.
salt and pepper to taste.
1/2 parmesan cheese.
Cook pasta in boiling water (salted) and drain.
Melt butter in skilet, add bacon, garlic, nutmeg, cayenne pepper, tomatoes, and vodka, And cook until vodka has been absorbed.
Stir in cream, season with salt and pepper, cook until sauce is thick ad creamy, stirring from time to time.
Toss with Penne and sprinkle on cheese.
Thats it!  ThumbUp

I would like to try this w/o the tomatoes for friends who don't like tomatoes. I can mess with this recipe.
