Well, it's warmed up quite a bit here, so I decided to make my Chocolate Cheesecake for the housewarming so I don't have to light the oven.  I prefer making this a few days ahead of time since it seems to set up better if it's in the freezer for a few days.

Chocolate Cheesecake

Crust
½ box chocolate crumbs (I use the Nabisco Famous Chocolate Wafers)
½ cup margarine
¼ cup sugar

(or you can use 1-1/2 cups of Oreo Crumbs and just follow recipe they have on box)

Mix and put in a 9 x 13 greased pan

Filling
2 - 8 oz. packages cream cheese
1 can Eagle Brand

Beat about 5 minutes until it’s thoroughly mixed

Add
1 cup Hershey’s Syrup and mix thoroughly

Fold in 1 – 8 oz. container of Cool-Whip

Freeze and enjoy.  Serve frozen.  Before serving I like to drizzle some Magic Shell over the top.

This really is easy and delicious!

Oh that one sounds really good and easy too.  The kids would really enjoy something like that.

I know you won't be disappointed in this recipe!  Let me know that you think!

I forgot to mention that since I was taking this for a housewarming, and I wanted it to look nice, I used two 8" springform pans so the pieces could be cut in pie shape.  I've done this before when I didn't need anything that large, and this leaves me with one in the freezer to enjoy whenever I want.  Wink   wink5
