I love the idea of a creamy guacamole. This recipe is going to fast become a family favorite. Thankyou for sharing it.

I'm glad to know that you think you'll like it. I guess you're like me and enjoy the taste of avocado in Guacamole.
I have several different recipes for it, but this is my favorite! With this one, I will sometimes add a little mild salsa if I have it on hand and then just use a dab of the hot sauce.
I really don't care for my Guacamole to be very hot.

Well, today was the Saints & Bears game, and I wanted something to snack on during the game and take the edge off until I went out to dinner tonight.
I decided to make some of my Honey-Mustard Drummies to munch on with celery sticks and Blue Cheese dressing. Duh, I thought maybe you might like to add these to all your recipes for appetizers. These are great for all those people who don't like Hot Wings!
Honey-Mustard Drummies
Ingredients:
20 chicken wing drumettes
1/3 cup honey
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons soy sauce
Directions:
1. In ungreased 12x8-inch (2-quart) glass baking dish, arrange chicken drumettes in single layer.
2. In 1-cup microwave-safe measuring cup, combine honey, mustard and soy sauce; mix well. Microwave on HIGH for 30 seconds. Stir until well blended. Drizzle honey mixture over chicken, brushing as necessary to coat chicken. If desired, cover and refrigerate up to 2 hours.
3. Heat oven to 375°F. Uncover dish; turn chicken drumettes. Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until chicken is tender, glazed and no longer pink next to bone, turning chicken once halfway through baking time.
4. Just before serving, brush with honey mixture from dish.

Well, Patti, I hope you don't mind if I put that in
my
collection, too!
Looks good and simple to me! Thank you...

Heck no, Dianna!
Actually, the more people I can share my recipes with the happier I am!
Geesh, a lot of my recipes I've received from other people and the best part of that is I usually get to taste them first.
I get to try them at parties, potlucks, etc., then with the ones I really like I will ask for the recipes from whoever made them!
Of course, I also got a lot of my recipes from my mom who was an awesome cook!
