Definitely leftover Beef Stroganoff with Egg Noodles.  But please don't ask me about tomorrow.  Supplies are getting alittle thin around here.

Ooooh I just read back in 4 that someone made herb cream cheese stuffed chicken  I'd love to have the recipe.  I'm hooked on the stuffed chicken recipes.  All of them and I love cream cheese.  So if you can please share the recipe.

Boy, I sure wish I had been at your daughters' NYE party, Patches.  That entire table looks delicious!

Tonight we're having BBQ Brisket (in the crockpot) with biscuits, broccoli and cheese, and honey butter.

Sarah, if you love appetizers you would have loved being there!  It was wonderful and I made a pig out of myself, but hey, it's only once a year. Whis  By the way, I wanted to mention that I sent this picture to two of my friends and they thought we had pizza at the party, those two round looking things toward the back right are layered taco dip and crab dip.

Your BBQ brisket sounds really good, since it's been a while since I've had BBQ.  I don't think about doing it much during the winter months.   smileyNo

We are having meat loaf with roasted taters. I think we will have raw veggies and ranch dip on the side, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, mushrooms. It is smelling mighty nice in my house right now.

Hey, Tina, meat loaf sounds really good to me, since I haven't had that in a long time.  I love it with scalloped potatoes, peas and stewed or fried apples.  Unfortunately, I don't have any ground beef in the freezer right now.  smileyNo  Geesh, during the holidays all they ever seemed to have on sale was ham, turkey, shrimp and steak.  SmileyFit  Oh well, maybe next week it will be different!  wink5

Tonight's menu is Italian salad, Chicken Parmesan, Angel Hair spaghetti with garlic and Parmesan, and Mozzarella cheese garlic bread.  I guess there won't be any vampires around my house tonight.   rofl1

Triss, I love lasagna as long as it's homemade and has lots of ricotta cheese in it. yesssss Actually, I'm not real fond on having pasta too often, so it's more enjoyable when I do fix it.   wink5

This is certainly soup weather, Dianna. Wink  I want to try to make some of my French Onion soup this weekend and maybe some Beef Vegetable too, so I can have some quick meals readily available in the freezer for when school starts.   Whis

I haven't decided on tomorrow night yet, but it's Friday so it will probably be some kind of fish.  unsure  I enjoyed all the holiday food, but it's sure good to get back to some real basic homecooked dinners.
