Well, I noticed that we were quickly running out of room in the other thread,
so I started a new one!
Happy Eating!!!

Tonight we are finally having Broccoli Cheese Soup. It seems everytime I get ready to make it, someone/something happens and we wind up eating sandwiches or something. But it is simmering on stove, waiting for Adam and Rachael to come home. Adam took a half day today so he could take Rachael out to his bank and the branches to sell girl scout cookies. They left over 2 hours ago, I sure hope she's selling her heart out! (more likely, she's still trying to stammer out her first sentence to the first person 'cause she's soooo shy!)

We had chili for supper tonight, over rice and sprinkled with cheese. It sure was good with this cooler weather we are starting to get....

We had steak fajitas tonight. Dan made them and they were so good. Baked potatoes with them. Everyone ate well.

I love yorkshire pudding. I haven't made it in ages. Maybe I'll do popovers for breakfast to make up for it. Yum. I have chicken out for dinner but I've picked up a sore throat so I may just have mashed potatoes.

i'm making chicken noodle soup...can you guess why? Yup I don't feel so good. Again, this is getting tiresome. Well at least it snowed alittle so it's white and pretty at the moment.
See you all tomorrow.

Tonight Dan is making chicken livers and onions... YUCK! So I have a pot of beans going and the kids and I are having bean burritos. Also having a Caesar salad for all. Lys and I made a lemon meringue pie all from scratch for dessert this morning while we waited through he 2 hour school delay. We are celebrating MIL's birthday with our family dinner tonight and she asked for that.

Oh, Triss, I love Lemon Meringue pie, it's my second favorite! The only pie that ranks above it is my Chocolate Meringue pie.
Hey, I'm just wondering if you have any trouble with your meringue weeping?
Well, today was my first day of school, so I decided to stop at Captain D's on my way home. I didn't want to have to worry about dinner before I had to start going through all the papers I accumulated today. I had a salad, two pieces of fish, baked potato, green beans with bacon and hush puppies. It was GREAT!!! Of course, the best part was not having to cook it and not having any mess to clean up.

Tonight I think we're going to have Wild Rice and Ham Casserole. It's snowing right now and with a 25-30mph wind, I can't see down the block - good night to have something hearty and warm!

Well. they had Farmland bacon on sale this week and that's what I always buy because of it's wonderful smoked flavor.
So, tonight, I'm making American spaghetti and having French bread with it.

I do I do! I think we're having that tonight. Maybe. If I have the energy when I get home. And if Marton feels like eating. He stayed home from work today.

Geesh, I haven't made it past lunch yet, much less even thought about dinner.
I made some tuna salad this morning so I could take a sandwich and some chips to school for lunch.

Megan is making supper tonight. She is fixing chicken fajitas. I have never tried them before, but am hoping I like them since I love tacos....

Tonight is spaghetti, made with the tomatoes I canned up this summer. I absolutely adore having my own tomatoes to open in January.

Well, my late afternoon class ran over so I was afraid I wouldn't have enough time to drive home, fix dinner, eat and make it back on time for my night class.
So I went to the new Pizza Hut, then decided to the salad bar and ordered the individual pan Supreme pizza!
It was great, plus I still had a lot of time to kill before class.
