Our weather has suddenly turned beautiful. It's still cold in the mornings but it getting up into the 40's which is wonderful. It's damp, dark, and cloudy out now - which is just beautiful with all the bare trees.

Actually, it's like a SPRING day here!

It's 64 degrees and the sun is shining, it's beautiful!!!

They're still predicting some isolated thunderstorms for today, but right now there's of sign of them. Geesh, you would never know we had the terrible snow storm on Thursday and all the schools were closed on Friday.

It's hard to believe we were blanketed with snow the other day because all that remains is the 6-foot mountain across the length of my back yard from when they plowed the church and school parking lot.

Updated at 2:30 p.m. - Well, it's now up to 72 degrees and still sunny.

I've been outside for the past two hours and it's wonderful.

God is sooo GOOD!!!

75 Saturday 80 Sunday and 81 today. They are saying we are done with this cool wave

waiting for the next one. It will be dry no moisture at all. We are already under burn bans state wide and some places have banned outdoor welding even. We are like Ca in that respect if we aren't burning up we are flooding nothing between.

Well, it's dark dreary, and raining right now. We had some nasty storms last night (e.g. lots of rain and some wind), but nothing really that serious in our area!

Seems most of the bad stuff went north of us.

Loud T Storm

in early hours more noise then anything. Hail to the north and east. Up on Oklahoma line sleet and snow as well as snow in Amarillo.South and East twisters but no damage

Rain here, rain all week and into the near future it sounds like too. We did get a lil snow last night, but it is pretty much gone now. Not enough to delay school, yeah!

The spring weather has left and it's getting colder by the minute. It's supposed to be in the mid-20's tonight with rain and snow showers predicted for tomorrow. Of course, that when I have school, so it won't be fun.

It's bitter cold at 14 degrees and the wind chill is 6 right now.

They have a winter storm warning for tonight with snow, freezing rain and sleet, so it's not going to be very pleasant.

At least, I don't have school tomorrow, so I'll just have to wait and see what Tuesday brings.

Back in upper 70's today and sun shine all day. got a lot of running done not much else outside of taxes sent off. Hope I get them back before I die of old age

never even got oouta the sub zero range yesterday, the high was -3° with a very strong on constant north wind of 25-35 mph.
todays high will be a balmy 5° with moderate winds of 10-25 mph, and snow..1-4 inches.
on the upside, we only have a month-month and a half left of the cold weather, then the temps will stay in the 40's till bout mid april,,,sooner ifin we get lucky

Holy Cow! Makes me feel guilty to say we have been having nice weather. Yesterday was in the mid 60s but WINDY!! Today is in the 50s......still windy, tho!

Phil, sounds like you are getting some of that arctic weather they were talking about on the news this morning. We have cooled down a bit, it was 34* this morning and is 48* now. I think our high today is supposed to be 60*. It's not as windy here today as it was yesterday. We are supposed to get some

rain late tomorrow and Wednesday and sunshine the rest of the week.

If it's dry enough I'm going to put the tiller on the tractor and till up the corn patch and my potato patch next weekend. I think we are going to put some potatoes in about half the space I had for corn last year.

Hey, Jimmy, I know all about your weather because I got a call yesterday from my friend who told me about how they were grilling outside and having a picnic in the yard!!!

Actually, she likes to rub it in because she was born and raised here until she moved to Texas this past summer, but it's all in fun so I don't mind a bit.

Right now, we're suffering through a winter storm with temperatures at 20 degrees with a wind chill of 11 and all this with snow, sleet and icy roads.

Most of the schools have already cancelled classes for tomorrow because we've got more coming throughout the night.

Well, these are the joys of living in the midwest, but you do learn to grin and bear it, then live with it as best you can.

n its the slippery snow too.

it started last night n still nonstop snowing today, hate to see what twomarros like. least its only inches n not foots
