Well, it seems I finished up the last one so I'm opening a new one!
Tell us what's cooking in your kitchen tonight!

This morning I put a small pork roast in my Slo-Cooker, so tonight it's just going to be pulled pork sandwiches, homemade french fries and Cole Slaw with a new dressing I'm going to try.
Actually, I'm really not big on fries, but do like the homemade ones every once in a while.

Tonight we're having oven chicken rice bake. I just need to figure out some veggies to serve on the side... Blah to that.

I want spaghetti squash. Someone on another board mentioned her recipe, and now I want some. Hers was a meat sauce. I want it with my butter, garlic, oil sauce.

Tonight I made Pot Roast and had some fresh sourdough bread from the bakery!
It looks like I'm running out of days to make these "warm the tummy" recipes, but that's okay!

Tonight is pork tenderloin, perogies, and peas. I love pork tenderloin!
Patti- I know you love the warm the tummy stuff(so do I), but won't it be nice to have a salad with some fresh grown maters and sit outside to eat??
Not a bad trade off if you ask me!

Tonight I'm having Beef Stroganoff and some pears with cottage cheese. I know it doesn't sound like a lot, but I surely make up for it by going back for seconds on the Stroganoff.
Tonya, you are absolutely right! I'm really looking forward to having salads with fresh tomatoes and a big, fat, juicy burger off the grill.
Actually, in the winter I still go out and cook a burger on the grill, but it never tastes the same.
Of course, the other thing I'm anxious to make is my Bruschetta with my tomatoes right off the vine and my fresh Basil.

Tonight I am crockpotting. Beef with mushrooms, onions, potatoes and carrots. Not sure who all will be up for eating that so I will also be making rice.

We are eating a little different lately. It so much depends on what John is up to eating. Last night it was steak, baked potatoes and a salad. But John just ate a little steak and a few bites of salad. He is eating little meals throughout the day and that makes meal planning tough. So Jonni and I are eating whatever comes to mind when we are hungry.

We are eating "sloppy joe's" tonight. Quick and easy and will have leftovers for tomorrow's lunch!

With the warmer weather we're having and it being Friday, I just decided to fix myself a Tuna salad plate with hard-boiled egg wedges, some tomato wedges, potato chips and olives.
It tasted good, except for the store bought tomatoes, I wouldn't even call them tomatoes.
They may be red and look like tomatoes, but they really don't taste like them.

Well, I went to my daughter's for St. Patrick's Day and had corn beef and cabbage with all the trimmings. It was wonderful.
Tonight, I just stopped by Captain "D's" on the way home from school and had salad, fish and baked potato.

Tonight I made some Corn Beef Hash (thanks to St. Pat's Day), over easy eggs, grits and biscuits. It was great
and this might be my last "breakfast for dinner" until next fall.

Last night we had my version of Chicken Florentine with buttered noodles.
Tonight, I am thinking pork chops, mashed potatoes and green beans. Of course- that is subject to change.

Tonight we are having tacos. I have been craving salsa a lot recently and it has been driving me nuts that I don't have any tortilla chips to go with it. To be honest, last night I actually poured some into a bowl and ate it like soup.
How crazy is that?

Have you tried making tortilla chips with corn (or flour) tortillas? I just cut them into triangles and bake until crisp. I think some people fry theirs in oil, also. I do that in a pinch!

I am wondering how long corn tortillas will last in the refrigerator? I have had some in there for about three months.
Maybe I need to make chips with them and get them out of there...
Sarah, tacos are probably my favorite food to eat.

Well, I had school today and tonight, so I really didn't plan anything for dinner.
I took some of my Chicken Salad Supreme for lunch, along with a hard boiled egg, Roma tomato and crackers! It was a wonderful lunch and I felt it would hold me over until I got home tonight.
I'm free from 5:45 to 7:00 and a few of the other instructors decided to go to China Garden for dinner and invited me to go along, so I did! It was a nice fill-in for a boring break. We all had the buffet, and I thought I ate too much, but was hungry by the time I got home tonight.

Tonight I'm fixing some chicken with fresh shrooms and a yummy tomato "sauce." I will probably serve it on rice with some veggie on the side. Or maybe I should make up some parmesan bread sticks. Decisions, decisions!
