Geesh, it's pouring down rain again here, and I don't know if there's hail with it, but it woke me up.   SmileyFit  Well, since I'm wide awake I thought I would post my recipe for Watergate Salad.  This is what I took to my daughter's for Easter dinner, it's quick and easy, but everyone always loves it!  yesssss

Watergate Salad

Prep Time: 15 min
Total Time: 1 hr 15 min

1 cup Miniature Marshmallows
1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELLO Pistachio Flavor Instant Pudding & Pie Filling
1 can (20 oz.) Crushed Pineapple, in juice, undrained
1/2 cup chopped Pecans
1-1/2 cups (1/2 of 8-oz. tub) thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping.

MIX marshmallows, dry pudding mix, pineapple and pecans in large bowl until well blended.

ADD whipped topping; stir gently until well blended. Cover.

REFRIGERATE 1 hour or until ready to serve.

Makes: 8 servings, about 1/2 cup each

Well, nothing could be easier, Dianna!  I, especially, like it when we have ham because of the pineapple, but it's good anytime!  Wink
