We are all familiar with Bailey's Irish Cream .

Here is a short recipe to make your own

Ingredients.
1 x medium cup of hot coffee (preferrably Nescafe powdered coffee not percolated beans)
1 x half pint tin of carnation milk ( the easy run type )
1 x small tin condensed milk (the really thick and sweet stuff, you have to spoon it from the tin)
1 x quarter bottle whiskey (any scotch or irish will do)

Method.
Pour the pre made cup of coffee into a jug large enough to contain all the ingredients.
add the carnation milk
add the condensed milk
add whiskey to taste. (usually about a half of the quarter bottle)

allow to cool then enjoy

add a teaspoon of glycerine if you are going to keep it for a while ( personally I have never needed this) BigGrin

Yum! I have a slightly different version of your recipe:
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1-1.5 cups Irish Whiskey or Rye
1 cup table cream
3 eggs
1 tbsp chocolate syrup
Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth.  Store in the fridge.
(I've never had any left to store after the taste testing!)
