I cooked up some more broth for John in the slow cooker all night last night. That is one of his favorite things right now.  It is ready for him when he is ready now. Jonni and I polished off all of the spaghetti I made the other day. I will probably snack my way through the evening. Jonni went out to eat.

Friday night called for Scallops & Shrimp Stir Fry over rice!  They had a good buy on scallops, so I just couldn't pass them up!   smileyNo

Tonight is something with pork chops, though I am not sure what.  I think some kind of casserole type dish so it can cook while I have most of the kids at a birthday party.  Either that or we will do quick and easy and save the chops for tomorrow.

I am doing up some chicken burritos. If I call them wraps, Jonni will eat them.

Yes, I really did, Sarah!  Wink   Tonight was an extension of it because my daughter sent me home with leftover Corn Beef, so I just made a Reuben sandwich, french fries and a salad for dinner.  yesssss  Of course, I had to have a kosher pickle with my sandwich, it just wouldn't be same without the pickle spear!   laughmao

I used to Chicken Fajita Pitas at Jack-in-the-Box because they would always give you the fresh Guacamole to put on it.  Boy, I love avocados too and could probably eat my weight in them.  I like to sprinkle lemon juice and salt on them, then just eat them like that.   yay_jump

Don't ask me why but I do not like guacamole in general.  I will only eat it if it comes from a local authentic Mexican restaurant here in town.  All others just taste gross to me.  Pretty much the only way I eat avocados is sliced, fresh, and on top of something Mexican.

Tonight we are having the wonderful and marvelous grilled cheese for dinner.  We need something quick so Adam can get started on fixing the leaks in the sink drain and replacing the faucet.

We had salmon patties, baby limas, and corn for supper tonight... licklips

I do not like guacamole at all. If I eat at a restaurant, I have them leave that stuff off my food. Tastes slimy to me... Lips Sealed

Avocados are slimy, Dianna. I am doing up hamburger patties and hash browns by request. Got some garlic toast going too. Peach pie to follow.

That really sounds good to me, Sarah.  Wink   I make a Creamy Guacamole that I enjoy because it still has a lot of the avocado taste!   yesssss

Tonight I'm fixing up Chicken Packets, a OAMC recipe from RecipeZaar.  Which reminds me, I need to thaw the chicken and boil it up.

Well, I am making potato soup with bacon. I'm just not sure what else to go with yet. We are all tending to eat more 'small' meals throughout the day along with John. I cooked him an artichoke earlier.

Well, I brought meat loaf sandwich for lunch today.  I haven't decided about dinner yet, but if it stops raining I may go to Captain "D's", otherwise I'll just wait until I get home tonight!   unsure

I am going to make hamburger gravy tonight and serve it over rice. Heat up the leftover limas from the other night, cut up cauliflower and celery with something to dip them in, and call it supper... grinnnn

We are having tacos tonight.  Mikey's favorite and he has been asking for them since the day after we had them 2 weeks or so ago.
