Boneless skinless chicken breast or strips
1 bottle of ranch
2 bags of shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups of milk

Boil the chicken til fully cooked. Then drain and rinse. Then cut into little chunks or tear into shreds. Put back in pan and add cheese, ranch, and milk. Blend together on a medium fire til smooth and cheese is melted. Serve on rice or mashed potatos. (Recipe recommended for use with equivalent of 4 chicken breasts. If you are making more you may want to altar the amounts to your liking.)

Hey, this sounds really wonderful, littlebrat!   yesssss   I'm thinking I will probably have to cut the recipe in half for me.  Wink  I'm also pondering about using it as a topping for baked potatoes!   Yahoo  I love to fix baked potatoes with different toppings on them, and I think this would be great.  wink5
