Ham hocks are cured pork bones from the legs. Some meatier than others. Usually inexpensive but big on  flavor when boiled up with beans. Good stuff. We are still working on the parts of Saturdays cook-fest that I didn't freeze. I haven't cooked up anything new. John is saying I need to cook more of the turkey gravy. He is really enjoying that.
