I'm thinking of making something new to take to the breakfast we are doing for Boss' Day on Fri.  I know Boss' Day is actually Thurs, but the boss won't be in that morning.  Anyhow, the other girl in the office is Martha Stewart... ok, so she isn't, but you'd think she is and she already has the whole thing planned out. I'm supposed to contribute, but she doesn't leave much for me to do. And anything I make will pale in comparison. Anyhow, I don't think she has any kind of potato dish so thought I'd try this. (Unless any of you have suggestions on something that is much easier and less time consuming - Betty Crocker I am not!  unsure)

My bad cholesterol just went up a couple hundred points just reading that recipe, Barb. It sure looks good, though. 542

I don't have any ideas right now, but I am sure one of those that like to cook will come up with some ideas for you... BigGrin

That looks pretty tasty to me. Just be grateful that you are not Martha Stewart. She is not one of my favorite people.

That recipe looks pretty good, and no-fail, which is always nice.

Thanks all.  Looks like this is what I'll be making.  Even got my daughter to agree to come the night before to help with all the prep stuff.  How cool is that??
