Most people marinate their meat for at least 30 mins before cooking it but never hot dogs. Why?!?!? Try this...

Pierce your dogs with a knife or fork a few times and place in a plastic food storage bag.

Add 1-2 tbls. of worcestershire sauce.

Add any spices or herbs you like or none at all. The worcestershire sauce will give the dogs a lovely glaze as well as a nice taste.

Grill or broil as usual!

You can add onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper or any other spices or herbs you'd like. Experiment and Enjoy!  dancingbunny

EDIT: This also works well with sausages, brats, etc...
