Tater Tot Hotdish

1 lb. ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 bag frozen veggies (I use peas and corn but whatever kind you like will work...green beans, mixed veggies...whatever floats your boat)
sliced American cheese
1 bag tater tots

Brown ground beef and drain.  Add the 2 cans of soup.  I always add a splash of milk too.  Spread in the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan.  Put your veggies on top of meat mixture.  Layer the American cheese on top of the veggies.  Put tater tots on top of that.  Bake at 375 for 35 minutes or until tater tots are done.

Simple and easy.
