Homemade Bailey's

[barleychown]

1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 pint whipping cream, half and half, or whole milk
3 eggs
3 tablespoons chocolate syrup
1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup whiskey (Irish prefered, but any will do!)

Mix together with a blender, keep refidgerated. Good for a month, if it lasts that long!

Yes, thanks Sarah! This sounds richer and creamier than the bottled stuff. I like mine in coffee so this would go pretty good. I even have a dusty sealed bottle of Irish back there in the back of the cabinet somewhere. Unless I gave it away......
