Better Than Sex Cake

1 Devils Food Cake Mix
1/2 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
6 oz. caramel ice cream topping
3 bars chocolate covered toffee, chopped (Heath or Skor)*
1 (8 oz.) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

Bake cake according to package directions for a 9 x 13 pan.  Cool for 5 minutes.  Make slits across the top of the cake, making sure not to go through to bottom.  In saucepan over low heat combing sweetened condensed milk and caramel topping, stirring until smooth and blended.  Slowly pour mixure over top of warm cake.  Sprinkle crushed toffee bars over entire cake while still warm.  Let cake cool completely; then top with whipped topping.  Decorate top of cake with chocolate toffee bar chunks and swirls of caramel if desired.  Refrigerate and serve right from pan.

* I buy 4 toffee bars.  I put 3 on top of the warm cake and use the 4th to sprinkle on top of the whipped topping.
