Preheat oven to 350º Bake uncovered
Ingredients:
2 packages frozen cauliflower or 1 small head
2 cups cooked ham; chopped or diced
1 cup fresh mushrooms
4 tbs butter
1/3 cup flour
1 cup milk
1 cup cheese
1/2 sour creme
1 cup stuffing mix
1 tbs melted butter
cook cauliflower and chop however small you want
and add
chunked or diced ham and chopped/sliced mushrooms
*****************************************
melt 4tbs butter and stir in flour
Then:
To the butter and flour mixture
add milk
add cheese and sour creme
add ham and mushrooms
add cauliflower
spread in baking dish
mix 1 tbs melted butter with stuffing mix and sprinkle on top of mixture
I use swiss or Jarlsberg cheese but you can't use whatever.

Yummy! Thanks Sheri! I am going to try this. I have a ham I was going to cook this weekend. This will be something good to make with some of the leftovers. Is the sour cream, 1/2 cup of sour cream?

Good way to use leftovers after the holiday dinners.
Thanks, Sheri...
