2 graham cracker crusts (or choc. wafer crusts)
8 oz cream cheese
1 c peanut butter
2 c powdered sugar
1 16 oz tub cool whip or 4 cups from a larger tub
beat the cream cheese up first, then add the rest one at the time, mixing well between each.
divide between 2 graham cracker crusts. chill or freeze. top with cool whip or whatever.
super easy. can be made up to 2 weeks ahead (or longer?) and frozen.
today, i stirred in mini chocolate chips.
can be served frozen or just chilled. tastes good either way as it doesn't really "freeze"
