Chicken Spaghetti a la PW tonight.  I got it all ready last night.  I just need to put it in the oven when I get home.

PW?  What is that.  Probably something simple but I have not had enough coffee today.

I was eyeballing that chicken spaghetti the other day, Jessica. Sure looks good. Let us know if it tastes as good as it looks, please... grinnnn

I think we are going to have French Dips tonight. I can let my sandwich cool off before I eat it, so it sounds like something I could eat without it bothering my gum... 542

I will let you know how it tastes.  It is in the oven right now.  We will be eating it for days with how much it makes so I hope it tastes good. giggle  But, I have never made something that PW has made that hasn't tasted good.

I told Jim that I am going to try to fix one new recipe a week now. I am so tired of the same old, same old that I fix every week. BigGrin I have my eye on trying PW's chicken parmagiana soon... wink5

I will have to look at that one.  I have not had it.

Glad you enjoyed the french dips.  Did you decide to make them with cheese and bake them or do without that?  I like them either way but think the cheese and baking them just adds a bit.

I added the cheese and broiled them just a bit. Sure were good even though I didn't dip mine... grinnnn

The chicken spaghetti was really good. The only thing I would do different is saute the onions and peppers a bit before adding them.  They were still crunchy and I don't care for them that way.  But, that is just personal preference.  We have tons of leftovers.

Jim doesn't like spaghetti, but I am wondering if he would like the chicken spaghetti since it is totally different from beef spaghetti. May end up using different noodles for that one, too. Chickaroni, anyone? giggle

It is nothing like spaghetti but if the noodles will throw him off them I would definitely use a different kind.  I know somebody who likes macoghetti but will absolutely not eat spaghetti noodles...not matter what.  I don't get it but to each their own.  I would try it with macaroni noodles and that way he won't even associate it with spaghetti.

Try it with linguini (flat spaghetti) or something. Just a small change and it isn't spaghetti any more.

So, it has nothing to do with the sauce?  Just the noodles??

Seems so, Jessica. I can use my regular spaghetti sauce on macaroni noodles and he will eat it. He just flat out doesn't like spaghetti, though...  Roll Eyes

Noodles are noodles to me giggle  Tristen eats certain things better if I use rotini noodles so I guess noodles aren't just noodles to everybody.

I have never known anyone who doesn't like spaghetti.  Even Darbi and Colby, who don't like anything, will eat spaghetti if their Nana makes it.

Reheated the leftover spaghetti sauce and put it over elbow macaroni.  Kids loved it, no leftovers!
