I made some chicken, brown rice, and peas.  Wanted to keep it simple and easy tonight.  No leftovers so the plan was a success.

They are really good and easy.  I am not a big roast eater. I just make it so I can make these. giggle I maybe had 3 bites of roast last night.

We LOVE curried chicken here, curry is used in Indian food, it can be spicy but you can always cut back on the curry powder itself.......Indian food is really good.
