We had tacos on Sunday.
We had take-n-bake pizza last night because James' daughter was coming over and I was busy working in the garage. We have leftovers from tacos and pizza. I'm calling it dinner tonight.

I am thinking we'll have Penne a la Betsy (PW site) for dinner tonight. I should have made Sarah's awesome foccacia for this morning!!

It is pretty good. I don't usually salt my food, but it definitely needed more than I put in. Adam said he would have liked it to be more "meaty" so maybe I will try it with Penny's suggestion of bacon. I don't like wine at all, so I used chicken broth instead, but other than that I followed the recipe to the T.
