I grow leeks every year and am always looking for a new use for them, without burning out Mike and Marissa. This is a good one, and the addintion of kale sneaks some more greens into our diet, as well. ThumbUp

This is pretty much my soup except I add broccoli instead of kale.  I love tater soup.
