we love stir fry around here. but the mend aren't fond of any kind of bean sprout. mung or other wise (there is a thicker bean sprout that i can't recall the name of. or maybe it is the name of the thin tread like one i can't remember)

I love stir fry. But I rarely use sprouts. I like full flavor things in mine and sprouts aren't flavorful.

there is another one besides those two jess. but i can't remember what it is. it is fairly graphic. it covers everything from slaughter houses up. i didn't watch it. won't watch it. but i've heard about it. unfortunately. and even more so because it is true, or was.

Yep, this non fat yogurt separates out to some type of oil. I need to see what's in it. when I opened the container there's a layer of oil on top.

My guess would be that it's not oil, instead it's whey. It's good for you...I just stir it back in.

To make non fat yogurt set up, they usually have to add powdered milk. But just to be safe, do read the label....you never know what they will sneak in.

Sheri, we have satellite and in the program guide, it was listed as POV. Do you have cable or satellite? We have Dish Network and I noticed when I was going through the guide that they are repeating it a few times.
