I'm not. That's part of my problem. I'm not usually hungry in the evenings during the week. I eat lunch late in the day. Then when I do get hungry, I just eat what's easy, which is usually something not good for me.

that sounds good both sarahs! tonight, at the birthday party, we had smoked pork, baked beans, potato salad, mac n cheese, flourless chocolate cake (all home made) and ice cream cake. was good!
