That ravioli looks good. And Jonni would love it. I happen to have all of the ingredients except the mozz and that is easy to fix when I take Ted to school tomorrow, It could go in my convection oven without heating the house.

Tristen loved it and that is hard to come by with him.  I did sprinkle some oregano and garlic salt over the top just to give it a bit more flavor.

Leftover baked ravioli and sweet corn.  The fresh, local sweet corn made its appearance for the first time this year.  I was excited to see the truck!  I got 2 bags so I could freeze some.
