I love cottage cheese. But I only love it plain, usually scooped onto crackers. I have had it lots of ways, with fruits and vegetables and in Jello and baked into things like lasagna. I don't like it any of those ways.
Well, unless it is completely blended to 'lumpless' and used in a cheesecake or something. It is tolerable then.
