Our temps are warming and to reach triple digits this week. I am not looking forward to it. But it isn't supposed to be humid and we will survive it.

I checked around 2:00 p.m. and it was 92 with a heat index of 110. It is currently 85 with a heat index of 106.

Yes but it is due to change by the weekend and we will have triple digits. It may stay that way for the next 2+ months.
Last August was the mildest on record and I am so grateful for that. I was able to get so much done. I think we may have had our coolest May and June ever this year. Not too sure on that as a fact. I will try very hard not to complain when the heat really gets here.

I checked at about 11:00 a.m. Temp was 94, heat index 112. Ugh. We had a light rain shower and you'd never known it if you didn't see it. The pavement dried as soon as the rain drops hit it. Right after, the air was so thick/wet, you could barely breathe in it.
