I have Jessica's baked ravioli in the convection oven. I looked for the recipe in with the rest of the recipes but it wasn't to be had. So I put it together from memory and got it started. Then found the link in the last dinner thread. I did well reading it after the fact. The only thing I did different was a smaller pan to fit the smaller oven and I added fresh parmesan. This will be lunch. I'm hungry. Tonight we will have leftovers or sandwiches or the like. It is harder to eat when it is hot.

Much better to cook the hot meal when it is cooler and then have cool foods in the evenings.

I am also hungrier when it is cooler. I purchased an angel food cake and thinking I may grab some of my neighbor's peaches to do some of over it.

Today dinner will be noon-ish again and I am having the baked ravioli leftovers. Or planned-overs, if you like.

I came home and immediately made dinner so I wouldn't talk myself out of it. Chicken Alfredo.

Yes it sure is, especially when I have the time to teach them and am not rushing around trying to throw something together.

Both of your dinners sound good, Triss and Barb. I had plans to make spaghetti also but some unexpected company stopped by so that didn't happen.

Uncle Johnny is rolling around in his grave.
I fed Jim bologna and tomato sandwiches for supper tonight...
They were good, too!
