This is way off topic but when Johnny first got sick and the doctors couldn't figure out what his problem was one of his sisters asked, seriously, if I could be poisoning him a little at a time. In the back of his head he thinks I might just do that and if anything looks different about the food he won't eat it until I do. I do admit that I try to keep him guessing by putting things, like grated cheese, on his salad and not on mine - just to be mean.

Oh, I agree, Sheri, I so agree. I have a habit of buying an extra pack of bacon from the butcher every time I go. Unfortunately, I don't have a stockpile of bacon 'cause I eat it all...

We had cuban sandwiches and sweet potato fries. I liked the sweet potato fries, James did not.

I ate a bowl of high fiber cereal. I really got to ease into the higher fiber a bit slower. Been getting tummy aches.

We had popcorn shrimp, pasta salad, and beans last night...
I don't know yet what we are having tonight...

I think we'll have grilled cheese again tonight. I love grilled cheese with a big slice of tomato and salad with sliced apples, walnuts, red onion, and balsamic vinagrette.

Do you think green apples will be best? And plain or raspberry vinagrette? Johnny may not eat this salad.

I think you could do red or green. I personally would use raspberry vinaigrette but that is just personal preference I guess.

I'd go with whichever apple is more sweet to offset the tart of the vinegar. Raspberry sounds yummy as well.

I'm fixing a tasty Shrimp and Spaghetti dish - (no tomatoes) shrimp, spaghetti, butter, a splash of teriyaki and a pinch of creole seasoning. Mmmmm!!!
