pork tenderloin & mushroom gravy.
for supper we had a pork tenderloin and mushroom gravy. was also very easy.
put a boneless tenderloin in a deep microwavable covered stoneware or glass dish. onion, garlic, salt, pepper, drained mushrooms, and cream of something soup. i used cream of chicken tonight because that is what i had. i think cream of mushroom would have been better.
cook on high for 10 minutes per pound of meat. serve over rice or potatoes. i didn't get my potatoes....

but it sliced into a very good sandwich and i had 2 of those.
