Maybe minute steaks since they only took about 1 minute to cook. I put a scant amount of olive oil in the electric frying pan and cooked them, took them out, then added a little flour to make a rue then milk. I put it over rice then had some squash with it. Last meal I'm cooking for a while unless Dianna holds me over a fire pit and forces me.

BLT's will have to wait until tomorrow. James wants to go catch bait so him and Tristen ate leftover chicken. I think I am going to make a hummus, cucumber and tomato sandwich. Wish I had an avocado.
