(1) 8oz cream cheese
(2) cups coolwhip
(1/2 and a little bit) cup of sugar
(1) can pie filling your choice or home made.
(1) gramham cracker pie crust

Cream sugar and cream cheese well

Fold in cool whip

add to pie crust

add pie filling

Top with cool whip if desired.

Refridgerate and enjoy.

Simple!

For an added twist, take a can of premade apple pie filling,   heat it up and add some brown sugar and cinnamon or apple pie spice to taste, stir over medium heat until apples tender up.  Let cool, I usually  refrigerate over night.    

When filling has cooled mix it with the cream cheese mixture and add to pie crust,   Its a cool refreshing take on the tradition hot apple pie.

This is the pie that the crust fell apart on and did not make the trip.
