I just put a beef chuck roast in the crockpot with some onions. Tomorrow I will shred it and probably have it on buns. Then I also have the makings for tacos or something like for future meals. I am determined to continue eating out of my freezers and pantry. Both to conserve funds and to refresh some of the aging things hidden from view. Maybe I will be able to afford a new freezer sooner. I am grateful still for fresh fruits and vegetables provided by neighbors' gardens.

Its a hybrid bicolor corn, and very sweet.

It is yummy!

Farmers cant keep it in the local fruit stands, it sells out that fast here...if you ever come across it, try it Jess, you'll like it.

Tonight is homemade spaghetti sauce, and pasta for supper.

steak, fried rice, carrots and if I get up the energy a box chocolate cake.

And a tossed salad I almost forgot that.  And they are all leftovers except for the cake.
