For the bathroom I am looking for a mini black chandlier and matching over the mirror light.  The over the mirror light needs to stick out at least 4 inches from the wall total.

I can't find anything.  I've been to Lowe's, Home Depot and I've looked on line.  I'd appreciate your help.   freezin

What about checking local thrift stores, or an antique shop, they might have them, and might be willing to swing a deal too.

I don't really live in an area where there are chandliers.  And I don't have the energy to go around to the antique shops.  Anyway our antique shops are far from cheap.  But I'll keep looking.  There were some that were very close at that link.  I'm thinking maybe find one that I like and pull out the spray paint.  It's one option.

Spray painting is a great idea Tammy.  I've done that to mirror frames before and no one has been the wiser.
