That suggestion is from her old book. She didn't decide no fish until March of 2010. I didn't write clearly. Lo siento. Anyway. I'd be hungry with our without the tuna unless I could eat the entire can with mayo, eggs, pickles on white squishy bread and have a few chips.

Where's her protien?
She says she eats a lot of beans and has a lot of gas. Seriously, that's what she said. She said if you can't pass gas around your family and friends then something is wrong somewhere. I would like to take this opportunity to than my family and friends for having "wrong somewhere".

I could never be a vegan or vegetarian. I would like to do more and more though as time goes on to eliminate all of the junk in our diets that we do eat and replace them with healthier substitutes. I just do not know if I will ever be able to make mac 'n cheese like the kind that comes out of a box for the kids no matter how bad that is for them.

I am just naturally leaving more and more meat out of my diet as I age.

I could go without meat a lot of days but I could never be a true vegan. I love my dairy products.
Triss, I have made countless mac 'n cheese recipes and Tristen turns his nose up at all of them. He loves his Kraft.

Mine do not even like Kraft... they prefer the generic brands, say they taste better.

My girls always liked Kraft too and so does Johnny. I like crock pot mac and cheese but don't hate it out of the box. My girls won't eat homemade biscuits either. They want Hungry Jack.

I pretty much like any kind of mac 'n cheese. It is comfort food to the max and I love it. But since Tristen won't eat the homemade kind, I don't make it. And he can eat a whole box of Kraft himself.
