My intention is to use the leftover roast I have and make a "low carb" alfredo dish. Which basically means I use french cut green beans in place of pasta. I know lots of you will say ewww, but it is actually pretty darn good.
I need to get back to my diet. I've been having too many tummy problems.

Don't have any broccoli, and don't care for it (which is why I don't have any). It done, eaten and put away already.

I had Zumba last night and James was hunting so I decided that I would just pick up Subway on my way home because James and I get home about the same time. Subway was closed when I got done with Zumba at 8.
I made us toasted ham and cheese sandwiches instead.

Since I'm still over run with ham we had a potato, ham, cheese, cream of mushroom soup and pea casserole. Johnny liked it. The rest of this ham will be going to Russell's tomorrow. I'm sick of it.
