1 lb lean ground beef, ground pork, or ground chicken
1 tsp minced ginger
2 cups finely chopped cabbage
1/4 lb bean sprouts
1/2 cup shredded carrot
3 green onions, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce
1 package Egg Roll Wrappers

Stir fry meat and ginger about 2-3 minutes.  Add in all vegetables and cook for 2 minutes.  Then add in Oyster sauce.  Let mixture cool.  Place about 2 Tbsp of mixture on an egg roll wrapper and wrap.  To do this set the wrapper at an angle, place the filling in the center and roll about half way, turn in edges, and continue rolling.  Seal with a bit of water on the final corner of the wrapper.  Deep fry at 350° turning occasionally until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.

These sound good. And a sneaky way to get vegetables into kids that don't.

I was shocked at which kids ate them.  Only Mikey and Zack did not like them and all of the kids had 2... Charlie would have had more if we had not run out.  I made them tonight with chicken though I used a chicken breast and chopped it up after cooking it.  I also posted a picture.
