that next to the last baby blanket is finished!  and here it is stretched out (but not really blocked).  it is just under 36" square, but the right size to tuck around a little one in a car seat. or on the couch. |

Jennifer, the blanket you and Tina made for Yoyo is being well-used. They even brought it with them this last trip. Mandy said that she really liked it because she wasn't afraid that he would smother under it if it got over his head... You do beautiful work! |

thank you both. dianna, did i tell you she can wash it in a sweater bag or a pillow case in the washing machine and dry it in the dryer? tina and i only use washable yarn in baby blankets  |

we spent the first 3 nights in florida at a friend of wendy's. it was as nice as staying in a hotel, other than making our own beds. they cooked for us, visited with us, and made is feel at home. i had met them before but it had been a while. and did not really "know" them. however they treated me like i was family. so i whipped up this small doily/coaster for them as a small present.  i was inspired because their house is FULL of antiques. each room has an antique theme. and not one single crocheted doily on anything  |
