I've scored 2 30 inch window panes, 2 36 inch piano hinges, some one by that is 8 feet long and 1 1x4 8 foot long piece of solid wood, some scrap 3/4 inch plywood from making the door and outside wall of the shed.  Can some one give me an idea of how to make the cold frame?  How much more material in what sizes do I need?  I sure would appreciate the help.

Do you have access to the Birds and Bloom magazine?  There's a how too with pictures in it.  I've torn it out to show to Johnny because we have old windows too.  It looks pretty easy.  Just figure out how big you want to make it, buy the wood and hinges.
