It's doing great.  I enjoy it.  When the weather gets nice I plan on taking some pictures and starting a topic about it or maybe just putting the info in my blog.  It's real close to what the big weather stations report so I'm happy with it.  When I get my other computer back I will set it up on it so I don't have to leave mine on all the time.

Looking forward to seeing those photos, when they are available. Was it hard to setup?

Wish I had a real connection and newer weather station to add live weather data on my site.

Light rain, breezy at times, 39°F.

No it was really easy to set-up.  Took all of about an hour to get the instruments installed.  The software for sending it to the web is free and the weather station itself was very inexpensive.  When I first started looking, I thought I was going to have to pay over $300 for the station.  The one I have had the best reviews and accuracy stats and was only $119.

$119 or so isn't all that bad. Easy setup is good. My current weather station (Davis Weather Monitor II) been active since the early 90's, but don't recall the exact date.

Not long ago had a mix of rain, sleet, snow, 36°F, currently 38°F.

Wet and wild here earlier, Tammy. I think it started about 3:00 a.m. I am glad that the worst part happened while Jim was still here with me. :grinnnn:

Supposed to turn out to be a nice day this afternoon...

Yeah, we had some wild weather last night.  Looks like we had a 35 mph wind gust between 5 and 6 this morning.  The news reported some higher ones around us.  We go a little over a 1/4 inch of rain to add to what we got last week.  Just make the grass grow faster.  They are saying a frost warning for tonight and by Saturday we will see 85.  Definitely the kind of weather that will make you sick.

Nasty weather here. Lightening and thunder was constant - and close.  I, as claustrophobic as I am, had my head buried under pillows last night - it was that bad. I evidently slept through the first part of the storm only waking when the tree hit the house. Don't think I slept all the rest of the night. Now dealing with the damage to the house.

We got down to 35 last night and I had just a little ice/frost on my windshield this morning.  Supposed to top out at 70 today with a gradual warming trend.  They are saying 80 on Friday and 85 on Saturday.

With all the rain we had last month, looks like I will have to put the mower back on the tractor and mow for the first time this year on Saturday.  May have to mow around the house sooner!

If the weather holds so that things dry out a bit, I'll probably be planting the garden on the 16th.

Anywho, melting, this snow event amount was an inch, currently 37, light easterly breeze, clouds breaking up, turning back to spring like.

We hit 83.5 today.  Supposed to be even hotter tomorrow.  William, the snow was pretty as long as it stays there!
