Yumm on the pizza. No pizza hut will deliver here.  Hungry Howeies will, but it will cost $30 and it's not good. super greasy. Nothing close to "go get" either.  I might cook this last Totinos I have in the freezer. I was going to have sausage links but I over nuked them.

I bought a rotisserie chicken at the store today so I had a salad with chicken, corn and feta cheese with some baby carrots on the side.  I fried some potatoes for James and Tristen and they had that along with the chicken and corn.

We had Zatarin's Red beans and Rice with Caesar Tilapia.  Fish was really good, this recipe is definitely a keeper!

That sounds really good. I picked up a zatarins red beans, rice with sausage and the store today (freezer section) and promptly put it back when I saw it had approx 1400mg sodium. But my taste buds sooo wanted it. lol

Tonight it's buffalo chicken wings (homemade), some sorta potato, and sesame broccoli.

Had steak, potato, corn. Son-in-law is normally a really good cook but he sure fubar'd this time. The steak was still bloody (like he likes them) and tasted like he'd marinated them for a week in pure vinegar. I brought the leftover home, hoping to be able to tame the taste of vinegar while finishing to cook them -- tomorrow. I got stuff on baked tater and corn tonight.

We had chicken last night.  Not sure what we will do tonight.  Maybe homemade pizza if I can get around to making the pizza dough.

Yeah. No. I don't like my steaks bloody. A little pink is ok, prefer done, but not overdone, but most can't get it that way so I'll settle for a little pink. lol  My craving for a "good" steak was not satiated.

slightly to mildly pink in the middle, hot all the way through.  that is a good steak to me.  if the juice runs red, i send it back.  if it is brown all the way through, i want a new one.  i'm picky BigGrin

I made a poached and roasted chicken with soy sauce.  It dried out the chicken.  But the fat count was half what it would have been fried so it's ok.
