Cool dinner!
I am cleaning out the fridge of leftovers. My daughter drove off to LA last night and left me to many fragments in there.

Lots of scrumptious meals being made.  Your making me hungry.  Congrats Uncleg.  Tonight I'm going to do tacos.  I even bought some guacamole at the store yesterday.

yum, tacos.  we had home made burgers tonight.  i bought the ground beef, mixed it up with some seasoning (onions, garlic, etc) and pan fried them.  it was good.  perfect in fact.  only i ate too much.  matthew finished mine for me.

I had a burger patty. Nothing but a little seasoning. And I am so into eating salads like fingerfood these days. No dressing or anything. Just hunks of lettuce, cabbage and whatever with finely shredded carrots over it all. I am also eating a lot of rice and vegetables. So either fried rice or a cup of steamed veges with a half cup of rice tossed in has been breakfast all week.
When my cravings are healthy I will follow them. When not so healthy, they will drag me kicking and screaming along. But I go most of the time......

I don't even kick once when a craving hits.  I'm completely without self control.  Do you have a good fried rice recipe you would share?

I have some dethawed hamburger so I may do the patty thing also.  That sounds good it must be time for breakfast.  Now if I can just remember to take my pills with the meal.

Tonight it is pork chops.  I don't know what I'll have with it.  Probably fried potatoes and a lettuce salad.

We had a late lunch so dinner was a leftover burger for James, a grilled cheese for Tristen, a grilled ham and swiss for me and potato salad for all of us.  Well not Tristen because he thinks everything is gross.  rolleyes1
