I was going to make something with chicken but was feeling lazy and copped out with homemade spaghetti carbonara. It was tasty!

It all sounds too much like work. I had my second half of a Subway sandwich and grapes and doughnuts.

French Dip sandwiches and chips. I took a sandwich to my neighbor and she absolutely loved it.
I knew she wouldn't be eating right with Ricky not there (still in the hospital), so was pleased that she wanted one. She had eaten a doughnut for her supper (she is diabetic) before I called...

Sounds like you are going to have to adopt her until she gets her life back on track, Dianna.

I made corn dogs using little smokies and a couple of hash brown patties. Shock, I actually cooked. I cut the recipe in half and it is still too much for me. But goood!

I didn't even use a half a pack as I knew I was only feeding myself but still had lots of leftovers. I wonder how well they reheat. Maybe in the toaster oven for tomorrow's dinner?
