I had bacon and eggs. I really don't have much else in the house at the moment, and it was good.

Where are your vegetables?
I am just slapping together mac n cheese with peas and carrots for Teddy. I do this at least 3 times a week. I am so grateful he is eating at all.

My veggies were the peas and corn in the fried rice. :giggle: I don't normally do two starches in one meal, but the pasta salad was made last night, and I wanted to eat some of it... :wink5:

We are having leftovers tonight... I have Lasagna and Chicken Alfredo already in the fridge and not cooking again till they are gone...Plus I wont have to fuss at the girls to eat dinner with them on the table... they love both of them and would eat them all the time if I cooked more often..

Yes, Tina. Dinner/supper still has to be made... :giggle:

The oven-fried chicken was passable, but could have been better. At least it wasn't too tough to eat. :wink5: Jim wants to carry the soup leftovers for lunch tomorrow, so I guess he wasn't too thrilled with it... ::)
