I see it just fine.  What do you see when you go to the site?  Try doing a tracert from a CMD window and see if it gets hung at some point.

This been going on since yesterday late afternoon /early evening.

I did flushdns and rebooted, probably 12 times, used ccleaner to wipe additional items. Not a thing. I see Parked page provided by namecheap or server error - 403 Forbidden: Access Denied.

It's probably a DNS that is not updated yet.  When I run tracert it resolves the domain to the correct IP address.  Yours didn't so that indicates that there is a DNS somewhere that isn't updated to the most recent change.

Was namecheap your previous host?

Namecheap has only been for domains.

DNS is taking way too long, if the case, in 10 years of doing web related stuff, maximum wait was always up to 2 hours.

They normally say 24 to 48 hours but some are faster and others slower.

If it doesn't resolve soon, I would contact my host and or ISP to see if there is something that can be done to speed things up.  The fact that the domain doesn't resolve to the correct IP is significant and they should know what to do to fix it.

Definitely DNS, but its ISP DNS fault, not even sure where or how to change/update in modem/router.

Using 8.8.4.4 as preferred and 8.8.8.8 as secondary via Windows DNS settings.

I can now see avatar and site.

That info would usually be pushed down to your router by the ISP.  They should be able to answer any questions you might have.

Glad it has resolved for you now.

Glad its resolved too, it was frustrating, if I were relaxed would have seen it was ISP DNS.

Knew something was the blame, and knew it wasn't my end.
