I am getting pop ups from Yieldmanager.  I've run my scan and maware and it doesn't show up.  I've gone under tools and specifically blocked it but it keeps returning.  Any ideas.

No.  Yahoo will never die.  

Yield Manager is nothing but adware and can be quite difficult to remove.  Lots of info out there about it though.
