the baby blanket i have started for my "enkelkind" (german grandchild).  one of our exchange students just had a baby.  i miss anne, she was a great kid!

thank you dianna.  and tina, i'm glad that it isn't just me.  those pictures don't do justice to the real thing.  but rayne swore that it looked like a cow and that her daughter would love one just like it (not happening any time soon).  they were for cathy (another coworker) to give her girls for christmas.  i think stocking stuffers.

here is the beginnings of a crocheted "tigey" that will just be a pocket toy


and a couple views of the baby blanket i just finished




the blanket is the size to tuck in/around a car seat or over a sleeping baby, but not big enough to actually wrap any baby bigger than the average 2 month old.
