The website says "Rainproof in 30 minutes".  Normally it's ok if it dries. 

duh:
It didn't have a chance to dry.  it barely had a chance to hit the ground.  According to the bottle if it was going to work I'd have seen something within 12 hours.  This morning the weeds looked as healthy as ever.  I'll just have to get out there again when we get a clear day.  Not today.

Jim:
Yeah,  no chance to work if it didn't dry at all. 

duh:
Fortunately I have enough left to do it all again.

duh:
the 350 dollar job came closer to 1000 dollars.  Boy am I broke.
