Ok, so I don't get confused there are two quilts currently in process for Queen Bees.  #10 is the sampler that will be quilting in the meander stitch.

#11 is the diamond in a square which will be a wreath like quilting in the square to frame the diamond and then either outlining if it is a focal block or a flower if not.

Ok, I think I'm back on track.  I don't know for how long but I'm there.

That does not sound like fun at all.  i hope it is all nicely wound so you don't have any knots.

that wasn't put up there right tammy.  most of the yarn is in neat or semi neat balls/skeins. and that is me. but i didn't dig into it today.  i just didn't have the "oomph".

ah, I understand.  Oomph has been hard to come by here too.  My charity quilts are waiting patiently for their turn which isn't coming anytime soon.  I'm slowing down on the blooming nine patch and that backs up everything else.

I've ironed the top, back, and batting on the sampler.  So progress is being made.

this morning I pinned the sandwich and rolled it up so it is ready to quilt.  I even got the machine bobbins done and the machine threaded.  Now I just have to get up the gumption to actually quilt.

#10 - the sampler.  Of course there is always something.  Today it was the spool the thread was on.  Yesterday I fought with a spool that kept wrapping the thread around the post and breaking.  So today I took a narrow plastic spool and cut it down to fit inside the larger spool so it couldn't jump around as much.  I ended up coating one of my dremel tools with plastic because it got hot.  Now I haven't got a clue how I will get the plastic off of the end of the bit.  Always something as I said.

The good news is that I got 1/2 of one block quilted in the all loops pattern.  There are nine blocks in all and if I can keep this up it shouldn't take me more than a month to finish.  I'd be happy with that.

#10 - the sampler.  Yesterday I managed to get the rest of the first block quilted.  This morning I got another block quilted.  If I can do another later today without killing my back I may be able to get it off of the machine before the blooming nine patch goes back under the sewing machine.  That would be fantastic.

#10 - the sampler.  I got another block done.  So three are done and six are left to do.  I'm feeling good.  Maybe I'll manage one more this afternoon if it doesn't get to hot.

Got half way through 4 and the bobbin ran out of thread.  So i used that as an excuse to stop.  Bad me.

Nothing like a nap to rejuvenate me.  Block 4 is done.  It may have to be redone, the stitches got to big in some places.  I'll deal with that once I have the top done and can lay it out on the cutting table and look at the entire thing.  I just love frogging lol.

#10 - the sampler.  I got blocks 5 and 6 done.  This quilt is fighting me big time.  Very aggravating.  I hope the last 3 go far smoother than the rest have.

#10 - the sampler.  I got block 6 done.  I've still got two blocks, and the border to quilt and then put on the binding and the label.  I hope I can get another blocks done but with temperatures expected in the triple digits I expect I'll just lay around and cry.

I got all of the blocks done.  Now it is just the border that needs to be done then I can bind and label.

The quilting is all done.  I put the binding together and now I just need to fold and iron it, machine bind the one side and then hand bind the other.  That is if I have time before the meeting next friday.  I hope it will cool done to the point that I can do the ironing this evening.

The folding and ironing are all done.  Now I need to pin the binding on to the quilt.  I hope to do that this evening.  But it will depend on my back which has started to hurt.
